The System

FLEXIBITION consists of two components:

The Gallery Web Site

The Gallery-Editor

The content of the web site, your personal online design possibilities and the FLEXIBITION update mechanism:

1 - HOMEPAGE
Current exhibition(s) with an unlimited amount of pictures, news and your contact address.

Your options:

»	Selection of News for the homepage
»	Transfer of selected exhibitions to the homepage

FLEXIBITION’s self-acting update features:
•	Ongoing exhibition is automatically transferred to your homepage
•	Special events are transferred to your homepage
•	Future exhibitions are announced as NEWS
•	The amount of news on the homepage is optional and unrestricted

2 – EXHIBITIONS
Up to 6 years of annual overviews.
Including past, current and future exhibitions.
Detailed exhibition pages

Your options:

»	You can create, modify or delete an unlimited amount of exhibitions including text and images

FLEXIBITION’s self-acting update features:
•	Annual overview including pictures for : - current year - past years - future years

3 - NEWS
Up-to-date messages, optional with date, text and/or pictures.

Your options:

»	You can create, modify or delete NEWS with or without picture material

FLEXIBITION’s self-acting update features:
•	Future exhibitions as NEWS on the homepage
•	Unlimited amount of NEWS on the homepage

4 - ARTIST INDEX / ARTIST PORTRAITS
Alphabetical list of all artists represented
by the gallery.

Your options:

» You can create, modify or delete artist portraits with any text and pictures, as for example biographies, exhibition explanations, comments or graphical material

» All objects of an artist are archived and can be optionally presented on the web

FLEXIBITION’s self-acting update features:

• Alphabetical list of all artists represented by the gallery

• Every image cut line within the entire system directly leads to the artist portrait

5 - GALLERY
The portrait of your gallery with all necessary information.

»	We will design this page corresponding to your requests

6 - CATALOGUE-ORDER OR ENQUIRIES
Catalogues with cover picture, text and price with online order possibility or non-binding online requests.

Your options:

»	You can create, modify or delete catalogues with cover picture, text and price
»	All objects catalogues are archived and can be optionally presented on the web

FLEXIBITION’s self-acting update features:
•	Connection of desired catalogues to the online order feature

7 - LINKS
Unlimited amount of Links to other web-pages based on user-defined categories.
Your options:

»	You can establish and manage the particular categories
